Rainbow salad with honey and lime
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 lb pineapple chunks
- 12 oz blueberries
- 6 oz blackberries
- 1 lb strawberries, sliced
- 3 mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- Honey lime dressing
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tsp lime zest
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Add your prepped fruit in bowl. whisk your honey, Lime zest and lime juice in a separate bowl.
Pour your dressing over the fruit, and gently toss the fruit bits.
